DIY terrarium place cards that double as wedding favors - oh yeah! This pretty DIY project is simple (as long as you don't forget you need the corks, DUH...sometimes it pays to read ALL the directions! But I digress. These terrarium place cards are made from items you can find in your back yard combined with homemade flowers, moss, clear Christmas ornaments and lids for Mason Jars. Oh yes, and corks. Nearly forgot an important part of the project!
I ran across the tutorial on Green Wedding Shoes where they'd linked to Wednesday. Both sites have great wedding ideas and are well worth bookmarking and visiting frequently.
Having 200 guests and can't quite figure out how you're going to drink 200 bottles of wine to get all those corks and still be sober enough to make it to the wedding? I have a solution. I was in Whole Foods in Wayne PA a few weeks ago and they were recylcing corks - bet you could sweet talk them into letting you have some for your project. But call ahead to your local store to see if they collect them and are willing to share.
